Beet Salad with horseradish

Ingredients:

• Beet (baked or boiled) - 150 g
• Sour cream - 20 g
• Horseradish - 20 g
• Sugar - 3 g
• Vinegar (9%) - 3 g
• Cinnamon

Preparation:
Peel baked or boiled beets (in the classical Ukrainian recipe the beet is baked), slice it (or grate), sprinkle with vinegar and sprinkle with cinnamon, stir and put in the salad bowl, then pour the sour cream mixed with grated horseradish, vinegar and sugar. Salad is ready!
