How to cook rosivnytsia:

This Carpathian traditional dish is simple to cook and is very original. For preparation rosivnytsia you first need to make a broth from cold boiled pork. When the broth is ready, add the sauerkraut and cook for about 10 minutes. Add into the broth 1 cup of corn groats and cook the dish until it’s ready.
