Dumplings with potatoes and cheese


Ingredients dishes - dumplings with potatoes and cheese:

• Cheese "Cheddar" - 250 g

• Butter - 100 g

How to cook dumplings with potatoes and cheese:

Boil the potatoes until it is tender, then drain and leave it to cool. Fry the diced onions until golden brown, and most of them add to the potatoes. Rub on a grate cheese and add it with salt and pepper to potatoes, and then crush the potatoes into a puree.
