Ingredients:

• Flour - 640 g
• Water - 270 g
• Eggs - 2-3 pieces
• Sugar - 25 g
• Salt - 12 g

Preparation:
Sift a flour, make a funnel, add all the necessary products into the groove and knead thickly, put in a pan, cover with a lid and live it for 20-30 minutes. Then cut into small pieces, roll into a bundle of about 2 cm thick, cut crosswise into pieces and roll each into a circle. Put stuffing on one half of the circle, close the second half, press the edges, and the angles. It is much better if you add some oil to the dough. The ingredients are the same, just add another 40 grams of butter.
