Pampushkas with garlic

Ingredients:

• Wheat flour - 450 g
• Water - 240-250 ml
• Sugar - 25 g
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
• Yeast - 7 g
• Egg  for greasing - 1 pc.

For the garlic sauce:
• Garlic - 3 large cloves
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
• Cool boiled water - 50 ml

Preparation:
Sift flour. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead the dough. It will be very soft, slightly sticky, but very flexible and pleasant by touch. Put the dough in a greased with oil bowl, cover with foil and keep fit for 90 minutes. Heat oven to 190 °C.

Make from the dough 16 balls, put the balls in a greased form and tighten the film and leave for 40-45 minutes. Egg pampyshkas. Put them in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes you can also cover them with foil.

While cooking, you can prepare dressing: crush the garlic with the salt, add the oil and water and stir.

Get pampyshkas from the oven, pour the dressing and shake a few times to soak the sauce.
