Uzvar (stewed fruit)

Ingredients:

• Dried apples - 100 g
• Dried Pear - 100 g
• Dried rosehips - 100 g
• Sugar - 3 tbsp.
• Water - 1 liter

Preparation:
Sort a dried fruits and berries out, wash them well. Put in boiling water dried fruits, to boil for a few minutes, turn off. Do not open the lid until uzvar cools. Or put in a cool place for 5-6 hours. Then drain and serve.
