Milk jelly

Ingredients:

• Milk - 2 cups
• Sugar - 6 tbsp.
• White wine - ½ cup
• Gelatin - 25 g

Preparation:
Wing pre-soaked in water gelatin out, dissolve in a few heated white wine and pour in a thin stream to the cooled boiled milk, stirring it. After this mixture is poured into a mold and cooled.

Jelly  is served with fruit syrup up.
