Kutya (boiled rice with raisins and honey)

Ingredients:

 Wheat - 1 cup
• Poppyseed - 100 g
• Walnuts - 100 g
• Raisins - 100 g
• Honey - 4-5 tbsp.

Preparation:
Soak the wheat for 4 hours. Then drain the water and cook n pure water for 1.5 hours.

Rinse poppyseed out and boil for 10 minutes, then grind the grain in a mortar (or double mince). Parboile raisins twice. Break nuts and to fry in a dry pan until walnut oil have appeared.

Mix cooked wheat with the other ingredients, including the melted honey. You can add a little water.
