Kyselica

Ingredients:

• Fresh plums (or dried prunes ) -500 (200) g
• Cornflour (or semolina) - 3 tbsp.
• Sugar - ¾ cup
• Water - 5 cups

Preparation:
Put searched and washed fresh plums or prunes in a plot. Then fill it with water. Boil and rub them through a sieve. After that, mix the rubbed plums with broth in which they were cooked, bring to a boil, pour lightly fried cornflour or semolina, sugar, and cook until done.

Kyselica  is served  hot.
