Fruit snowballs

Ingredients:

• Jam without large stones - 8-10 tbsp.
• Egg whites - 2
• Sugar
• Vanilla
• Milk - 200 ml
• Sourish sauce for dip

Preparation:
Рold eggs in the freezer for about 10 minutes to whip them well .Separate the whites from the yolks. Put the whites in a bowl, whisk, add 8-10 tablespoons of jam and continue beating. You can add a little sugar. Pour milk into a wide pan and mix with vanilla sugar or vanilla. Bring it to a boil and reduce heat to low. Using two tablespoons (or spoons for ice cream), soaked in cold water, make balls from albumen foam and dip them in almost boiling milk. After 15 seconds, turn them over and hold in the milk for 10 seconds. Take the snowballs out of milk and shift into a sieve milk to flow down. Do it quickly not to bonding of snowballs! Put snowballs on a plate and serve with sour sauce up.
